GENERAL
DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?
Our local Mercedes dealership will offer financing on the van and our build.
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT PROCESS IF IT IS NOT FINANCED?
We break up payments into the following 5 phases:
Initial Deposit: 5% of your quote – This confirms your spot in our schedule and initiates the design phase.
Progress Payment 1: 45% – Due the day we receive the Van
Progress Payment 2: 25% – Due at 50% completion
Progress Payment 3: 20% – Due at 75% completion
Progress Payment 4: 5% – Due on pickup

WHAT IS YOUR AVAILABILITY?
We book out for about 3-5 months ahead of time depending the season. It’s best to reach out as early as possible.
VANS
HOW LONG DOES A CONVERSION TYPICALLY TAKE AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
All of our vans are 100% custom meaning the timeline and price depend on your unique needs, preferred materials and solar system you choose. For a rough idea of where prices start we’ve broken up our builds into a Weekender and Full Timer Model.
WEEKENDER
Includes: Insulation, prep work, sound deadening, paneling, fixed bed, basic solar and lighting.
Short Wheel Base:
Prices starting at: $40K
1-2 months to complete
Long Wheel Base:
Prices starting at: $60K
2-3 months to complete
FULL – TIMER
Includes: Insulation, prep work, sound deadening, paneling, bed, solar, lighting, cabinetry, galley kitchen, kitchen, bathroom, accessories, etc.
Short Wheel Base:
Prices starting at: $80K
3-4 months to complete
Long Wheel Base: Prices starting at: $95K
3 -5.5 months to complete

Tiny Homes
How long does a tiny home take to build and how much does it cost?
A typical Humble Handcraft tiny home build runs between $70K – $150K and takes 2-4 months to complete. The costs and time frame vary depending on your unique needs, preferred materials and the solar system you choose. As an example, I’ve listed the different prices for the tiny homes shown on our website.
El Torro: $110,000, w/solar and appliances: $135,000.00
Los Padres: $120,000, w/solar and appliances: $140,000
Acorn: $70,000, w/solar and appliances: $85,000
What permits do I need to live in a Tiny Home?
This is subject to your area. We recommend inquiring with your local planning department and checking your states building codes.
